Custom Grande
For events that don’t quite fit into our Petite or Soiree packages, the Candy Babel team will work with you to create a custom package perfectly designed for your celebration. From our 100+ flavors, to fun cart decorations, we’re here to make your cotton candy dreams come true.

IMPORTANT DETAILS
» Deposit Fee: To reserve your date we require a signed contract and a $100 deposit. Your deposit will be credited towards your final invoice.
» Payment: Full payment by cash, check, or credit card (+2%) is required before the day of your event.
» Cancellation Policy: For a full refund of your deposit, reservations must be cancelled ten days or more prior to your event.
» Flavors: Select seasonal flavors and toppers need to be ordered up to 3 weeks in advance of event. The more time we have to prepare will ensure that we're able to offer you exactly what you want.
» Travel Costs: Portland, OR. Our standard service area includes the Portland & Metro area. We welcome events outside this area, but a travel charge of $.50 per mile beyond our standard area will be charged in addition to your buffet cost.
The map below approximates our standard service area (pink) and extended area (grey). An event located within dark pink circle will incur no travel charge. Events located more than two hours drive time from Portland may also require you to provide overnight accommodations, depending on the end-time of your event. Please feel free to inquire if you have specific questions relating to the location of your event and travel charges.
